Very excited to be blogging again.
I'd like to start off with a recipe. Not just any ol recipe. My absolute FAVORITE
cookie recipe :)


-Ooey Gooey Cake Cookies-
8oz package cream cheese

1/2 cup butter softened

1 egg

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 package of yellow cake mix (butter recipe) 

1/4 cup powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl cream together the cream cheese & butter. Stir in the egg & vanilla. Add cake mix & stir until well blended. Roll into 1 inch balls & roll the balls in the powdered sugar. Place 1 inch apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 13 min. Remove from baking sheet & cool on wire racks.
